2020 GT500 Curb Weight and Dimensions Released

4225 curb weight for the base car.
Track pack car should be around 4100 lb.
About 100 pounds more then I thought it would be.

just got the official weight screen shot from my dealer.
4225 lbs for the base car.

The topic has been set today on that other forum. I’m sure we’ll hear Ahole say the GT500 won’t be able to track like a ZL1 and therefore is competition for the SS now.

A Lithium ion battery is in my future, Im going to have to look into a racing seat and take the passenger side out.

The roll cage will add 50#, but removing the seats and the battery should bring it down to under 4K

This is what we expected isn’t it?

4225 for a big bruiser of a GT with a ton of hp. Sounds fun.

For the CFTP, I can’t see it below 4100, likely 4125.

Remember, this car won’t be offered with a base model, all the CFTP include radio and such.

Wheels and seats are ~90lbs.
