If you’re in the Canadian Market and are willing to pay adm almost every dealer I was in contact with from Alberta to Ontario has between 4-6 allocations. Alberta avg adm $35k. Manitoba and Saskatchewan $30k. West Ontario $35k. GTA $50k, Ottawa $35k

Dealers in the GTA suck each other off and stick to that adm the longest
Insanity.

However the 4-6 is for CFTP, no?

A lot dealers will see 30+ allocations.

Anyone have any lucky placing an order in Massachusetts or any New England state?

I have been in contact with 3 MA dealers for nearly a year now and they still tell me they can’t place orders yet.

I know the sales manager personally at one of these dealers and have been assured they are in the Shelby program.

Thanks!

They actually don’t have that info yet, they know allocations numbers and Pricing which they just got a few weeks ago.

For the loaded base it’s $126,500 OTD in Ontario. Fraser Ford closest to me was at least decent enough to give me that price but reminded me in the same breath $50k markup. I’m retarded enough to spend $130k but that’s it.

Yeah that’s encroaching on AMG GTS territory lol. Insanity.

CFTP cars will be 200k with adm at some dealers.

WOW AND MORE WOW. Those are truly shocking prices. I would not go that high myself.

One of the Canadian members on another forum just posted that he got his VIN and the car will produced in the week of 09/30/2019. That's the first one I have seen from a Canadian.

GUYS i appreciate all the information, but I can't understand why not 1 or 2, BUT 4 dealers that i have talked to say they are 'waiting' on allocations. The way its been described there is no WAITING once paid, the only thing to wait on is the order banks which we all know are open. So i have 4 dealers that are morons or dealers that are shady. The idiocracy of this is mind numbing. Surely there is a computer system or screen, a printout, a daily report, a person, a filing cabinet, etc that shows whether a dealer has an allocation? Surely there not going to the general ledger at Ford and looking for $2000 payment to verify. How can i help my guy figure this out, or uncover his shenanigans, who can i call or who can help me?
I have gotten the same feedback (dealer is waiting for allocation) from multiple dealers in MI as well, one of which I trust implicitly. I don't think it's a case of dealers being shady; there are too many dealers all saying the exact same thing for that to be the case.

More than likely they are "hoping and praying" to get an allocation at this point.

Total game... akin to taking you to the 'other' lot to see a car that they never had; just so they can kill that one Saturday you had lined up to go 'shop.'

Dealer that my family has bought at least 3 fords from in the last 5 yrs did this to us when I was looking for a Shelby ... got frustrated then went to a dealer closer to my house and they wasted no time offering an MSRP deal on my 350 back in 2017... totally threw my idea of "theyre pretty far but we have a 'relationship' " shit out the door thats for sure...

Thats why they have more than one; try another dealer. Previous history/sales/relationships can only take you so far - were talking about a car thats advertised to accelerate and stop as quick as a Mclaren 720S, you can bet your ass the dealer will throw yours under the bus for an extra $500-1000 regardless of how many F-150s you've bought from them in the past - means jack shit.

Welcome to the new modern ford performance age

Where did you ever get the idea it can accelerate and brake like a 720S??!

Lol, don’t spread misinformation.

“But zero-to-100 mph in less than seven seconds won't be enough to call the hottest Mustang supercar quick. The Ferrari 488 Pista and McLaren 720S both do the deed in 5.3 seconds.”

https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.car...rd-mustang-shelby-gt500-acceleration-braking/

Yes, the car is fast, but a real supercar it’s not. It’s a bruiser, that looks punishing and sounds nice menacing. It’s not keeping up to a 3100lb supercar. Lol. The 720S will pull bus lengths on the 500. Realistic expectations.

Edit: here’s a great comparison. The GT500 will be about as quick as a GT3RS. Porsche’s NA track monster.

Porsche will do the 0-100 in 6.6. The GT500 keeping up to (estimated to be hair slower) a 520hp NA track monster is extremely impressive.

https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/a26325525/2019-porsche-911-gt3-rs-by-the-numbers/

But, just be realistic with what the 500 is.
