2020 GT500 confirmed orders

So I thought I'd start a fresh thread on submitted orders. It'll be interesting to see who gets theirs first and if there is any correlation whatsoever to order location, priority, or even the time stamp of the actual confirmation. My dealer is Chuck Anderson Ford in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. I've been dealing with Nick Anderson and couldn't be happier. He bought my GT350 almost two years ago and part of the agreement was his first GT500 allocation at msrp. Been a long ride but things are finally moving along. The confirmation Nick sent me...

In my experience, it's Fords buddies that get the first cars, then the dealers with reps in their back pockets. I have no doubt I wont see my track pack until spring 2020.
I'd be surprised if it's this year. No worries, it's better for me if it comes next year.
I got MSRP as well. A good friend owns the dealership.

I noticed that your order says "Inquiry is complete". Does that mean it has been "accepted by Ford"????? Somebody told me you need a DORA-----Dealer Order Acknowledgement Receipt. Do you know anything about this???????

Five Oh Brian put it well when he said "VOC is just the dealer submitting the order to Ford. No guarantee of anything.

DORA is just Ford telling the dealer they received the order. Again, no guarantee of anything.

The order is not a for sure thing until the order status changes to "Submitted to Plant" which is Ford telling the factory to schedule it."

Hey @Epiphany - When was this available to go through? My dealers system gave a different message at the bottom about the body type not being available but that was this AM. Do you know if it changed at some point today? Hoping I get mine in tomorrow AM.

My dealer told me ordering doesn’t open up until fall just talked to them earlier today? Is there something they and I are missing here? Did orders really open up already?!

Dealers had to order using the older CONCEPS to order today, not WBDO.
Tomorrow it may be in WBDO

No, they opened today. Building them doesnt start until fall.

OK, so my guy said he would call me as soon as he can order. He sent me the pricing and options before i saw on this site,, so he is on the ball, but do i need to tell him what/how to order? Seeing ordering screens has me concerned why he hasn't called me. Is the ordering banks open for EVERYONE? Do i just need to be a little patient? thanks
