I have a '19 GT Premium. All Magnetic, no black roof. Changed the badge from red to black, as well as the pony at the grill. Stock wheels ( black) which I like. To liven it up I was thinking of changing the calipers to red.
As far as I can see there are 3 ways;
- painting the existing
- adding covers over the existing
- buying red ones and storing the originals.
With only 3000 miles it seems a waste of $ to shelve the originals. I've heard different opinions re the covers and heat build up. I'm not a racer but I'd hate to have excess heat warp anything. I could see myself painting the originals, but what do you think of buying the covers ( or maybe just a front and rear), putting them on temporarily, and see if I like the look?
If I like the look, which way to go? Are the covers expensive? Does Ford make them?
Thanx in advance
