This is awesome! Makes sense that the wiring would be in place, but it's great to see the job done. Plus, those tan katskinz cognac leathers are just right! Should have been an OEM color, so much better than the brown that is offered.
I recently changed my seats to a darker brown actually, so the leather seat covers seen in the pictures in this topic are for sale.

I am trying to swap in a set of power '17 GT seats into my 16 GT350 track pack (Recaros) car. I seem to have a different situation: the 30a fuses for the power seats are in place under the hood (locations 12-14), but there are no power wires at the connection under the seat.

Any idea how to source the pins needed to add the power wires to the plugs?

I can’t answer that firsthand, since this mod requires splicing into unused convertible top motor circuits, which are also factory installed on fastbacks. I assume that using my method would cause issues with operating your convertible top.

The funny thing is that I didn’t have to source anything. My 2015 V6 already had that segment of the factory power seat circuit in place.

I did find that the correct sized pins are relatively common in Ford vehicle wiring harnesses, so for any S550’s that don’t have the kickpanel to seat wires already installed, you can simply pull some bulk wiring and spare wire pigtails from a junkyard car for cheap.
I installed a power passenger seat today and now have an airbag light lit on the dash. I did not have the proper plug in my base v6 so I spliced in power directly to the plug half attached to the seat. Any help on the dash light issue would be appreciated.
Thanks
Steve

The power seat adjustment and airbag circuits should have nothing to do with each other except sharing a ground wire, so I would start by verifying that none of your connector pins were accidentally damaged when hooking it all back up.

Thank you I will check the pins.

Brian, I have equipment group 050A, base model manual seat, and like "alex mustang" stated in post #19, there is only one connector under the seat, not two like in your photo. Will this mod still be as straight forward as it sounds, on my car?

The green/red and black wires on top of your connector in that photo are the ones that will be used for a power seat.

I did not have the top outside power and ground on my plug. Just 4 blue filler plugs.

Just to add the info on my '17 V6 with manual seats and 050a equipment group.
The power wires ARE on the driver's side, NOT on the passenger side. The two fuses are under the hood as the OP stated. So unless I get a burst of energy, I will upgrade the driver side only, when I find the appropriate seat track. Picture is the passenger side W/O the power wires.
