Back story this car made 730 Wheel corrected 2 years ago with 3.5 pulley Gen 3 whipple 93 fuel and small shot of meth injection at 18 degrees timing 0 knock 7800 rpm with stock headers and CATS on a Whipple cal.

Now with same 3.5" pulley, but Gen 4 Whipple with Kooks 1/7/8" long tubes catless headers same 93 octane but with 10 oz of BOOSTANE and larger shot of meth injection and PBD Dyno calibration. Street WOT logs show 22 degrees spark 0 knock to 8k rpm with this amazing PBD calibration from Rob. Anyone want to guess??? I'll be hitting the same Dyno soon.

I want to say 780-800 but 4 degrees extra timing, more efficient blower AND LTs without cats all adds up to more than that IMO.
Over 800 just sounds wrong. In for results either way.

This is the timing (22) most E85 guys run getting 780-800 wheel on same pulley. I hope for 780 wheel, fingers crossed it gets there.

Out of interest, do you know how much extra boost the new rotor pack is delivering on that same size pulley?

So many things have changed it's hard to make a fare comparison.; 13 psi on gen 3 with cats and whipple cal. 14.3 psi with Gen 4 with no cats and new cam timing. Both at 7800 rpm. I now see 15 psi with PBD at 8000K

I'm just curious what I could expect out of a Gen 4 upgrade, they seem so rare. With the large gains Gen 3 to Gen 5 that Terry had on his max effort car, it is making it a tough decision on which upgrade path to go with.

I haven't seen any back to back test, but PBD says biggest increase was Gen 2 to 3 at 30 wheel, and Gen 3 to 4 likely 20.

Jeez, yeah I'm tuned by Rob and on E85 I'm seeing a max of 22.5*.

I'll go ahead and guess 825rwhp.

With that much boost and timing, and through a manual, I'm going to guess 835whp.

I agree with all the new upgrades if you take my last Dyno and add them up it seems like it should hit 800 plus. I bet it’s more plausible that it’s in the 780 range, but only Dyno will tell.

And for those who can’t figure out my intercooler plumbing I have a custom 1” intercooler setup with huge EMP 25amp pump. Yes everything has been enlarged to 1” inclusion intercooler core, HE inlet outlet, hose. Also have the phenolic head to manifold spacers that really work.

What modifications have to be made to fit the phenolics?
You’d lose the bolt at the top of the idler stand correct?
When you say they work, does it run much cooler?
General observations regarding IAT?
