V8 Mustang prototype spied (video)....but what is it?

This guy got 4 videos of a prototype wearing manufacturer plates. He asks if it's a GT500, but I don't think so as it's got the '18+ headlamps. Hard to tell, but it looks like it's got a quad exhaust.....and a big rear spoiler! Pity he had his windows up so there's lots of background noise, so impossible to tell if it's a V8......

Oh...d'oh! Edited to add.... asked the OP if it was a V8....he said it was......

That is a HUGE front splitter...

Observations:

1) Front fender is flared out
2) Euro backup lamp assembly
3) There is a badge or something located above driver side rocker at bottom of driver door closest to fender
4) Suspension is sitting really low when looking at top of tires to wheel wells

Maybe a rekindle of the BOSS 429 - because it looks pretty aggressive and they haven’t retro’d that model (yet).
