My EDD is 5/7. Will be interesting to see if mine goes into production tomorrow. What is it about your sticker that tells you that? Does it not say special order?

Hmmm, I guess I'm mistaken. I swore I saw something that said dealer order but now I can't find it lol. Sticker says special order.

So now i'm at 6 1/2 weeks and no VIN. the story I got 2 weeks ago was, yes Ford is going to build my car, last Friday the story was, Oh we talked to the local Ford rep and we'll get allocation for your car soon. the salesman told me to call back Wednesday (tomorrow) I asked for updates from them, but i'm the one who calls them. I am tempted to tell them to give me my deposit back and I'll order it from a dealer that has allocation.. maybe someone could help?

I would tell them exactly that then go find a dealer with allocations. What do you have to lose? They haven't even ordered it yet so with them you're rolling the dice on if they will even be able to order it in the next few weeks.

Yeah Zooks link didn't work either. No download file. They all redirect to a blank white page as does the "learn about your vehicle". I tried logging in and it didn't help.

Well duh happened to scroll through files and found 26 downloads of "Window Sticker PDF" So yep "window sticker" links work. So does the "learn about your vehicle"
Down to 6 days awaiting shipping icon has been highlighted.

Took my dealer about 2 months to get me my VIN and I should only be getting my car a few weeks later than they said I would.

I got my vin just over 2 weeks after I ordered the car. They had allocations immediately. I gave the dealer 3 weeks to get me a vin or I was going somewhere else. If they have allocations there is no issue with 2 - 3 weeks and that is the litmus test.

Glad to hear they were there after all.
btw, the Learn about your vehicle started working for me yesterday too. I think that was an issue on the server side though. Hopefully it won't stay in awaiting shipment long, but don't be surprised if the EDD changes a few times in next few days.

Hi guys talked to ford chat yesterday and was told that the car was picked up by the shipping truck. Talked to them again today and was told the car in now has been released to the body company. Any one have this done to them?
