Before I Dispute

Does anyone have any kind of way to get mf auto designs attention regarding a product that isn’t acceptable to be put on my car? I have tried Instagram and email I’m losing my patience and I’m about to start a dispute with my credit card company. This was fresh out of the packaging I don’t want a refund I would just like an exchange minus these things the product is great

That's definitely unacceptable. I've had mine for a couple of years now and didn't have any problems dealing with them. I would give them a couple more days this week to respond, after that do what you have to do IMO.

Couldn’t agree more I’m really upset about it I really wanted something for my rear decklid but I guess it will stay blank I don’t know anyone else who makes badges like this

I don’t believe I wanna go through with that method lol to time consuming and not worth my while considering what I paid for it, thinking about maybe ordering from txbadger or just leaving it blank the look is growing on me

i did order from them one time for a grille emblem but i had a cervini grille on so it woudlnt fit straight unless modified. Reached out to them took a couple days for them to respond but they sent me a return label and got a refund after a week or so.
