You will be fine with the stock crank pulley :)

P1x stg 2 crank with 4.88” pulley here made 12 lbs @ 7,500 honestly surprised the 4.38” didn’t make more than 15, but tuning plays a huge part. Got a 4.50” pulley awaiting warmer weather and corn juice.
Just got off the phone with PC. They advised I go with 4.38" with the D1X and should be in the 13-14psi range.

Honestly, doubt if you rev to near 8000

I make 14 psi with a 4.38 with a p1x on a stage 2 kit @ 7600rpm. D1x makes more boost

Gotta be careful on Procharger’s pulley recommendations. They told me 4.88” would make 7-8 lbs. Which it does @6,800 rpm....

Definitely one of the highest stock gen 2 going. Keep good tune, and don’t do long highway pulls it might live for a while.

My 4.88 on my d1x made over 13lbs of boost with arh high flow cats.. but i removed the cats for a complete offroad arh set up. The car really came alive after that..

Bob, ( you know him) whom I buy all my procharger stuff from just confirmed again you don't have tunes for the complete system for 2019 or I would have ordered it stage 2 with 8 rib and bigger intercooler...someone needs to get with sales cause now I'm stuck with something else...
"Hi Shawn, I got a reply: That full system part number (1FW614-SCI) is currently only turned on for 2018 Mustangs. The 2019 High Output is still only a tuner kit currently (part number 1FW604-SCI). If the customer has a 2019 Mustang GT, part # 1FW612-SCI (Stage II) is turned on as a complete system, for both auto and manual transmission."

I assure you I am well versed on flow versus pressure.
I've got nearly 20 years of being in the force induction manufacturing market. (blowers, turbos, etc)
(granted I don't have an aerodynamic engineering degree like some of our guys here)




I agree that nobody with an A10 would really care about the lacking low end (with a turned down D1X)
BUT, the "internet" will care when the compare dyno graphs.

Plus with the P1X you can have that meaty midrange, and if you need to drop a little power out down low.
Just have your tuner take some timing away in the low range. (I do that often on Roots/Screw cars)




We do have tunes for 2019 cars with P-1SC-1 and P-1X's....AND they are eligible for powertrain warranty as well.



Edited a little bit, but should cover it. :)
You were basically spot on.

Isn't that what you want??? Stage 2 complete system.

They turned the car down this week.... and first pass was a 9.6@147! :)

Can't wait to see what happens when they put the power back in it!

Bad ass....that 10r80 keeps it in the powerband all the way down...im rockin my mt82..will record my pass once forgestar decides to send me my d5 wheels...got my bias plys waiting.

Does anyone know if the 18+ stage 2 crank pulley fits the 15 setup
Just checking because it's a bit smaller

Or is the 8 inch the only option for 15-17 cars
