I’ve read some different reviews.. perhaps install errors... others know more.

Is your P1X the quiet helical gears? Could hear it, but t overly loud. Not sure I heard your car idle though.

Love the set up!!!
Thanks Dude. My car runs amazing! The kooks headers and thermal r&d catback w/ helmholtz resonators are quiet at idle and kicks ass at wot. I do have the helical gears; best of all the car is smooth and it can cruise around in true sleeper mode and also pulls like a monster when needed.

Yes.....because if you don't use the tune from procharger there is no warranty....now I have 3/36k on a new 19 with 1300 miles on it......
Now it's also hecause I have a lifetime of GM experiance and changing platforms and with the issues on the Gen3, I'm more gun-shy had it been say a LS I would have rolled the dice as I already have spare parts and the knowledge of building and tuning them....it's quite a steep learning curve from pushrod LS to 4V double over head cam with VCT when browsing thru my stock tune...hehe....
totally agree I'm in same situation ...my ls3 made 801/646 stock long block 3 yrs no issues these coyotes run but gen 3 I'm worried about too so far I'm ok at 788 mile but who really knows ,i wonder how many don't have any issues at all and never will

How can that car only be making 15psi of boost on a 4.3 pulley with the stage two setup?I take u have the 8 rib??.Even with vct adjustments i cant see getting the boost that low with valve timing and if u could it would seem that it would negative effective power.

Maybe you're mistaken and yes it is a 8 rib belt.

4.38 on P1X with 8rib at 15psi sounds right to me.
What’s the blower speed at 7500?

Procharger said 55k. Is that correct? If so, still tons of headroom. OP said stock crack pulley and 4.38 blower pulley...

let me tell you guys i love my D1x with 4.88 pulley and pump gas no cats full arh exhaust she's at 750 rwhp and she aint even spinning. if i went with a fuel system and e-85 she'd do 850 rwhp and a pulley down she'd be close to 1k rwhp...

Got a dyno sheet?.750rwhp on pump 93 only is alot. How much timing at peak? Theres another guy with a D1x on a 4.75 pulley making 767rwhp on 93 but doesnt have access to e85 but ran 829rwhp on race gas with a return system.

I dunno if you are are comparing apples to apples....4.38 pulley at 15psi sounds high to me. Boost is going to depend a lot on what else has been done especially on the exhaust side. I know the X series are more efficient. The P1X flows a max of 1275 cfm vs the P1 1200 cfm. I am running the 3.85"pulley (Stage II) on the P1SC-1. 13.5-14 psi at 790/601 on E85. The P1 and P1X have the same 4.10 gearbox. At 7500 rpm I'm at 64,000 blower speed. Got a D1x on the way and trying to figure what pulley to go with to maintain the same boost level 13-14psi. Guess I should call PC to figure that out. @Dominant1 any idea on your boost psi?

14psi is accurate. It made 15psi of boost on the dyno; its in the video. Its a 2015 car with 8" crank pulley and I posted all my mods which include a mak hurricane inlet and kooks 1 3/4" catless headers and straight 3" thermal r&d exhaust. No other sorcery here. Procharger can chime in but I believe a 4.5" pulley will get you there with the D1x.

Nice, big difference then. I have MAK hurricane inlet, Kooks 1 7/8" long tubes, no cats, 3" exhaust all the way.

I think the one piece I didnt mention that may be the underdog here is the turbosmart raceport blow off valve springed for supercharged applications. What intake manifold are you running?

P1x stg 2 crank with 4.88” pulley here made 12 lbs @ 7,500 honestly surprised the 4.38” didn’t make more than 15, but tuning plays a huge part. Got a 4.50” pulley awaiting warmer weather and corn juice.
