The front windscreen must let at least 75% of light through and the front side windows must let at least 70% of light through.
that means 25% on windscreen maximum tint and 30% on side windows maximum tint?
so if the Mustang is already 12% tinted - I guess that means you can add only a 12-13% tint to it?
or have I misunderstood the law (again - oops!)
