The rates like you mentioned are 10% over stock. Do you know the exact dates on the factory 18 mustang GT with mag ride?

Approxiamtely 150lb/in in the front and 650lb/in in the rear.

So you're say that the PP with Magneride has springs that are approx 10% softer than the 15-17 GT PP?

I am providing the information from what we tested in-house and had validated by an outside 3rd party. This outside 3rd party also happens to work with Ford Performance, so I trust the information we receive.

Not saying I think it's wrong, just confirming and a little surprised. That said, I've heard that's what GM has done for years with their magnetic ride...a touch softer on spring and then firm up the damping when appropriate/asked.

Could be why a 2018 in normal mode feels more comfortable than a 2017 PP. Personally, I am ready for stiffer springs. I just don't want to slap it on there with the stock magneride settings.

is this a regular magnaride spring or a PP2 spring?

That is a regular MagneRide spring, although we are not sure at this time whether there is a difference. At the time we started the project, that is what we had to work with. Once we know more on the PP2 springs, we will report back.

Are these still on track for this week? When should we look for them? Will these work well for the ecoboost also? Will the drop in the front be any different with the slightly reduced front end weight?

If the approximate factory springs are 150lb/in front and 650lb/in rear, and the rates for the steeda springs are 10% higher, can we expect roughly 165lb/in front, 715lb/in rear?

I'm assuming they are going to wait till Thursday after the sale since it is a new product.
