Morning everyone, noticed something in the stop and go traffic I was sitting in last week and wanted to run it by the forum. I have the clutch assist spring from 500 miles I have about 6K now and have noticed that when I release my clutch pedal everything is great the pedal disengages and returns back to its static position but at the very end there is this small 1/2 inch dead spot before it hits that static position (basically there it no feedback in that 1/2 position just dead "air" so to speak).

I also noticed this as I bumped my clutch while moving my seat and the same 1/2 inch dead spot then you feel hydraulic pressure pushing back. Clutch pedal does not sag, and always returns to its static position so I don't think I have an issue just wanted to make sure though. Thanks everyone and have a great day.

Edit Im sure the only reason I even noticed this was because I was sitting in constant stop and go traffic for 9 miles so I was giving the leg a clutch pedal a good workout.

That's from the over-center spring.
The spring takes the weight of the pedal off of the clutch master cylinder.
Makes sense, thank you for the info!
