A couple new tidbits I picked up from the interview:
-The grill and front aero were tuned for the higher top speed.
-They sealed off the engine compartment more because of the open air filter.
-He's talking about bringing "higher level" features like the digital cluster and 401A trim to the Bullitt, almost as if the Bullitt will be cheaper than a fully loaded GT. Seems unlikely but his phrasing just struck me as interesting.
-Think I saw this mentioned before but he confirmed Magneride setup is identical to PP1.

Not a Bullitt
I didn’t hear anything confirming active exhaust. Or did I miss it?

It's in the official press release. And I believe he briefly mentioned the modes when they were talking about the resonator.

I'm SUPER confused by this - all the pics and the reveal video all had the digital cluster as well as what was DEFINITELY the 401a's premium interior (stitching on the previously plastic center area by the shifter and cup holders). I test drove a 400a and it was identical to my 2016 GT Premium interior-wise (cheap and sad :( :p ), the differences for the 401a are the extra leather, stitching, digital gauge, heated steering wheel, and soft-touch plastics everywhere.

The Bullitt will have the entire 401A interior, including even the heated steering wheel. I think the point of his comment is that by making those things standard equipment on the Bullitt, it allowed them to maybe bring the pricing down on those features instead of making them options?

AH! That makes more sense. I didn't watch the interview yet and I misunderstood your comment. I took it as that Ford is considering bringing the 401a package, not that it is already standard!

Isn't it like with the California Special that the Bullit equipment group has it's own group number? So 601A or 701A or something like that. That way the exact trim specification is not dependent on what is in 401A or not, they can simply assemble it just the way they want and even leave out certain specific bits that are in 401A.

The Hood Latch was within reach!
No kidding.

I'd really like to see under the hood of one of these....

I don't think you'd see much other than the current GT cover. I suspect we will see more in few months closer to production.
