2018 order date

I have sent an e-mail to my dealer to see if he can confirm that the price of the 2018 GT Auto is $73,280 as reported.
With the options I have ordered that would push the price over $80,000 - not sure if that is viable if Ford allows/encourages discounting further down the track.($54,000 now for 2017 GT with 5 year warranty and 2 year free service in Vic).
Price isn't the ultimate issue - it is retained value over the next 3 to 4 years.

Confirmed my order's total on road price this morning. GT fastback auto Orange Fury forged wheels and magnaride $81,497. The LCT component is $2916. So along with the stamp duty of $2640 and GST of $6801 the government is getting a good slice.

He replied within 10 minutes - confirmed that Ford had released the pricing.
Because of my concerns he discounted the dealer delivery costs significantly to a level that i am happy with so I have confirmed my order.
Magneride $2750 and Recaro's $3000.

Can I ask what your dealer delivery got down to. I have been quoted $3074.50

That seems to be about normal for bigger dealers if they can get away with it.
I'm $1995.

Any knowledge of servicing requirements/intervals/costs etc on Magnaride suspension?

That's strange that your options pricing is all over the place compared to the Ford document issued to the dealers on Thursday last week. Your dealer will have this which also includes the base vehicle pricing. That pricing is identical to what Anchor included in his/her posts on Friday.

My prices exclude GST, except for Magneride the prices look very specific. Comp date is April 18

Yes. $81,497.70 which is for GT fastback, Orange Fury, magnaride, forged wheels, auto. The only thing is the paint extra was only a guess at $500 because they could not find that in the system. At the moment I have decided to not go ahead with it unless we can get the price below $80,000.
The price is on the road. If you have a look at the other thread "Are you upgrading to 2018" there is a lot of info posted by others.
