Quick question on the cat deletes. I am seeing this right? Did you remove the factory connect part of the delete pipes and the factory connect part of the mid pipe and weld the resonators to create a single cat delete/h-pipe? That's a pretty cool idea.

Pretty much, yep.

I had the factory connect catback but got the performance connect cat deletes. I needed the resonators put in but also to be able to swap back to the cats for inspection. So PSI Proformance came up with the idea, they basically made a custom H pipe and welded it up with the deletes and resonators as one piece. So when I need to reinstall my cats, I also reinstall the Stainlessworks H pipe with it, and it all goes back together.

Just make sure you have a competent welder do the work. The first place I brought it to couldnt figure out how to do the driver side flange.

Get ready for some serious noise!

Fresh wash today, looked even shinier than usual.

Been working on my sound system install over the last two days and this coming weekend. Huge project, the complexity and wiring is rediculous. Two sneak peek photos of my amp fans wired up and the blueish gray stained subwoofer box and boards.

I'm just curious, how much space will be left in your trunk after you get that box in?! I already feel like mine is massive because it's just an custom box that was made for a past SUV my mom had.

None, zero space for anything. Lol. Doesn't bother me though, I have the back seat for storage. This is how every car I've ever owned has been setup, my last car I actually had to put the spare tire in the back seat since I couldnt get to it if I needed it as the heavy subwoofer box was on top of it.

My system is actually in, but I still have a few things to tidy up and finish tuning before I can call it complete and then I'll post some photos up. I can say I honestly used every square inch of this trunk though. Everything fits perfectly, and by perfectly I mean barely, lol.

Sounds about right! I still have space in mine thankfully which makes it nice to be able to throw groceries there but I'm sure you've got that Infiniti for that.

Glad you got it all in and running though, figured some random cable would decide to give you an issue haha

Yeah I would have liked some storage space but it just wasn't possible.

Here are some photos taken while installing everything, pre-box.

Unfortunately back by the battery the wires are a mess. Even after trying to neaten them up I came to the conclusion there are just too many in too small of a space to make neat. Especially since alot of the big lugs have to be oriented different ways on the battery terminals to make them all fit. I do wish I ran all of the small wires at once though so they could have been loomed together, but it was too late by the time I got there. Overall came out well. You can see on the right "amp wall" the two amps are too long to fit properly, so I have given up being able to put the driver side rear seat back, unless I make a slot for the amp corner to fit into. The box slides right between the two boards, meaning it is very tight. This is why there are 4 fans on either side to hopefully keep the amps cool with such a small air space.

These are pics I snapped while in the process of installing so things look a bit neater now, Still have a few things to clean up before posting the final pics of everything in.

Hey, been lurking around here for a bit just admiring the build and trying to learn about wastegates. Was just wondering though, what is that clear tubing coming out of the head unit of the Procharger?

That is a breather vent for the gearbox of the Procharger. After reading on other forums about P1SC "weeping" oil out of the seals and seals going bad and needing to be replaced, I found this kit that let's the pressure in the gearbox out, to supposedly put less stress on the seals.

Of course it's not something nessesery or even common , but I figured it can't hurt it it could possibly save my oil seals down the road. For $50 it was worth it to me, since I'm very picky and OCD about things lol.

Well damn that is a lot of equipment stuff back there! I'm sure we'll find out when you post the final pics, but are you putting the backseat back up when you're finished? Covering the brace or wiring for the amps? Can tell a lot of work went in to this and I bet it'll sound insane.
