I put my Corsa Touring axle back on today. Was pretty easy but I'm not really satisfied with the way the drivers side went on, there is a ton of pressure on it and it just seems misaligned. I measured four times before I cut with the catback off of the car to the exact 19.75" they specified but it seems like something is off.

It sounds good and doesn't rattle or vibrate the car though, so maybe I'm overthinking it, but the passenger side hangs loosely in the rubber hangers while the drivers side it wedged against them hard and doesn't budge even a tiny bit.

You're over thinking it... we all tend to do that after installing a new piece of gear. Drive it for awhile, do a check and if you don't notice any change you're good.

Ya that's what I was thinking myself. That shock seems to be traveling quite a bit. Would that be because it's blown? I took it off the other day and it took a lot of pressure to compress and it did rebound back slowly.
Looked like a lot of travel on that big bump.

Might be a stupid question but you do have bump stops on that shock right?

Ya I do. I actually trimmed them the other week to make sure there wasn't too much but it still did it afterwards. I'm gonna put something on top of the bump stops that will transfer to the top of the shock and take it for a spin one day. Should be able to easily tell if it's smacking the top.

Installed a Turbosmart BOV and Wastegate onto my Procharger, as well as a MAK inlet pipe.

Shoutout to PSI Proformance for the awesome fab work.

More info in my build log!

So happy Tennessee doesn't require front plates.

Painted my calipers, installed upr badges from team beefcake. Had eBay 5.0 badges and they almost fell off.

Looks fantastic man. I did the same on my car, but went for red calipers
