What is so hand about draining? Don't you just take off the one clip anhook the hoses open the top and dump it out?Until you have to drain It. Lol. It does look good though
Not That Bad If You Have Read This:Until you have to drain It. Lol. It does look good though
Yes. It's what I do. Only I don't disassemble the top. I just pour it out the lower tube. Even easier. What is so hard about draining? Don't you just take off the one clip and unhook the hoses open the top and dump it out?
Even easier is the fact that I purposely ignored it until the next oil change interval 9,000 miles later. Had a shot glass worth of oil in it. So, don't bother to check it between oil changes. It has a pretty large capacity.Alright that should take about one minute give or take a few seconds
Ya that's what I was thinking myself. That shock seems to be traveling quite a bit. Would that be because it's blown? I took it off the other day and it took a lot of pressure to compress and it did rebound back slowly.when you hit the bump that made the noise the shock looks like it is topping out which is at its full extension
that looks fantastic.. will have to add it to my list! where did you get that from?Made the steering wheel center pop!
If I had to fault one thing with the S550's it would be the paint job. I agree, it is super thin and prone to rock chips. I had Xpel film put on the front fascia and modesta coating on all paint surfaces... I am still getting rock chips. About the only way to avoid it is to wrap the entire car i Xpel film (about a 6k proposition) or take it in and get a "real" paint job done.. strip, prime with multiple coats, professional paint job with multiple coats of color, and then mulitple coats of clearcoat, finally a ceramic or ppf (xpel). If you are going to keep the car for 10+ years it might be worth it, but otherwise just get a bunch of dr color chip and do the best you can to touch up the bad ones...Gorgeous :hail:. Wish I knew how thin this paint was in the beginning. I have so many little rock chips now I don't even know if something like this would be feasible at this point. Sure looks to make the paint job pop.
