Here at Steeda we love when we run into win-win situations. Well, after releasing our ever so popular Ultra Lite Jacking Rails last year, we had some requests for a version that offered additional ground clearance.

Here you have it! Steeda’s new Ultra Lite Low-Profile Jacking Rails for the S550 are now available! These bad boys offer an additional 1/2" of ground clearance and are 15% lighter than our current version! We are so confident with these units, they will replace our existing kits completely.

Steeda S550 Mustang Ultra Lite Low-Profile Chassis Jacking Rails (15-17 Coupe) | 555-5205

Steeda’s Ultra Lite Low-Profile Jacking Rails are now 60% lighter than the competition, and almost half the price!

Updated photos to follow. Now shipping!

Unfortunately, we do not have a trade in policy. The current set you have are still functional & a great design.

We had 0 plans of redesigning these rails but when customer feedback poured in to make them a lower profile ... we listened.

The ones you have on your current car are still fantastic!

Best Regards,

TJ

Hi, what is the length of the tubular steel portion of these? I'm trying to determine if they're suitable for use with my quickjack BL-7000. Thanks

Thank you. That's just enough to be able to use them with the quickjack.
Glad we could help - excited to see your feedback once you get them installed!

Best Regards,

TJ

Couple of questions:

1. I have used magnetic pinch weld adapters and they tend to tip a little on the pinch weld when used with typical jack stands. I'm assuming these rails will want to do the same but can't because they are bolted to the car. But do they get deformed where the jack stand is placed because one edge of the rail will be carrying more of the load?

2. I have a PP so the car doesn't have a spare, but for cars with a factory spare and jack, can the car still be jacked up with the factory jack with the rails in place? Or would you need to carry another type of jack or 15mm wrenches to remove a jacking rail to put the spare on?

To confirm, are these 12lbs each or 12lbs total for both rails?

12 lbs. each, still one of the lightest on the market.

Happy to help you with a set :)
