How many miles per tank are you getting in your Mustang GT?

I get about 200 miles on a full tank in city, avg about 14 miles to a gallon @ 25-35 MPH.
I fill up 2-3 times a week, depending on how much I drive.

I get around 240-250 a tank. Never seen more than that or higher than 19 mpg lol. I usually average around 15-16mpg.

So you are saying I get 0 mpg while idling? ;)

I jest...I understand you.

I'm sure any real congestion will suck the life out of the mileage.
Whenever I drive my car to work -- 6 miles each way, can take between 60 and 90 minutes -- I typically get around 4 mpg.

Ouch.

Sounds like you need to swap out to a bicycle.

I was getting about 18.5 mpg consistently in mixed city/hwy mileage, but after adding the PMAS intake it has dropped about 1 mpg. Not that I am complaining :D, just a matter of fact. I do see mileage creep up on the hwy, but haven't driven an appreciable distance since adding the intake to check it yet. When bone stock and almost broken in, it peaked 24 on a long hwy trip. If I run around all weekend in the Mustang driving in-town I can go through a tank of gas.

Update: the PMAS has not dropped mileage like I thought.

Quick question for you manual drivers...what gear are you typically in around town? My goal is to keep rpms around 2k so I Usually end up in 4th when cruising around town. As a result, I average 15 city. On the highway I get up to 28 mpg doing 70-75 mph.

Depends on the gears. With 3.73's I'm almost always in 5th for 4th around town. Goal is under 2k rpm cruise.

I'm usually in 3rd to 5th gear cruising @ 25-40mph.
This is in residential area with multiple school zones. I try to keep the revs low, driving around in town.

I'm always too lazy to calculate it exactly, but I generally see 290-310 miles when I fill up and the range resets. I reset the trip computer every time I fill up too, and the indicated average ranges from 18-22.

I drive 12 total miles to and from the gym everyday early in the morning with nobody else on the road, half at 70mph and half at 50. My drive to and from the office is only 6 miles total at 50mph with only 3 or 4 red lights.

I mostly see 18-20 avg mpg, but occasionally I'll drive down to St. Augustine which ranges from 55-70, 60 miles total to and from which why I'll see up to 22mpg.

yea i get the same around 300 miles per tank, and for the mph am getting around 23/24 when the car is moving at a costant rate even if its only doing 40

I done last week in a fair bit of traffic a work trip 273miles total around £50 in petrol, which really amazed my lot as they had expected double that, she is much better on petrol then the S197, mind you have not used the S or the Paddles much on that trip
