25 miles on the M25 at 70 to 60 with a tiny bit of overtaking speed.

Trip computer reset once on motorway. Got 37mpg out of my 5.0.

Just wondered what ecoboost owners are getting under the same conditions?

Add the A2 at around 50mph and a bit of 30mph average speed cameras and a queue for the tunnel and by the time I got to the Olympic Park it was still 33mpg.

Pretty amazing really.

25miles purely at 70-60? I'd probably cap over 40, I'll test tonight for you; I should be driving about 15-20 miles to my missus' it's pretty much all straight roads and i'll have just refuelled before hand (I'm expecting 40...)

I don't think it's accurate to use the on-board computer, but for comparison, on a motorway drive I get around 40mpg in the Ecoboost.

Average to date still 28.7mpg - can't help but press that pedal!

Single's is easy; Sport + rag to 6k, change gear, rag to 6k change gear repeat until gear 5 - never change. Hit limiter - 1mpg

You can adjust it to match actual...... Which is what I've done..

My actual, based on 5500 miles of fill up, and recording mileage and input into road trip app is 23.68...

The meter on trip 2 on my car which I've never reset is on 23.6.....

It was on 25.3 before I adjusted it 2000 miles ago....

TBH, after the first 200 miles or so I don't think I've even checked it. Whatever it's cost me it's been SO worth it! ..... I f#*king LOVE driving it! How good must a GT350R be?!

It is once it's been calibrated properly. ;)

If you use the instantaneous MPG gauge you will notice that on the flat, high MPG figures come quite easily. Throw into that the odd Pennine and it's a completely different stew of chips!
