Not sure if I'd put bags on a GT350, but that's the beauty of the car modifying game.... everyone has different tastes/opinions.

I think it's great to see people being adventurous with the GT350 platform.

Not a fan of putting bags on a 350, but I have to say the car looks fantastic in the rolling shots.

I doubt it's slower. The owner is a straight up driver and knows what works and what doesn't. I'm willing to bet that car is going to see more track time than most. ;)

On top of racing late model cars he does a little drag racing too.

2014 GT500 with a Air Lift Performance airbag system. It went 9.55 at 147 mph ON BAGS!
What kind of track?... A straight or curvy one?

If it's a straight one, he would benefit from removing that R wing.

He races on both straight and curves. He can flat out drive on both. His son races, too.

He may race the bagged 350 but it will never outperform an R..period or a TP car. This 350 is all show hence the R wing and splitter, wheels and bags. how much do those wheels weigh?? How about that bag system? If he is a true circuit man, adding weight is the exact OPPOSITE of going faster in any race.

WOW so you take a car that Ford spent millions developing on the Nurburgring to throw in airbags. then again FL is all flat and straight and in reality this can work out just fine but not my taste. also those rims may look sharp but are much much heavier than the OEM 350 rims, once again another performance degradation. Having experience with Ridetech and Accuair bags on some hot rods ive owned i will refrain from what i truly think of these systems and the headaches they give off over time. None the less enjoy it because your roads are super smooth and us in the North cant mess with that kinda conversion for a daily driver.

I have a ridetech system on my pro-touring galaxie. I tend to be quite competitive in autocross and big track events. I love it.

That being said, my galaxie, with me in it and a full tank of gas is also a little over 600Lbs lighter than my GT350. :headbang:

Competitive is subjective unless you have lap times to prove it. Is your Galaxies faster around the same track than your 350?
