Dave Pericak is perhaps the single most important person at Ford responsible for overseeing major performance vehicle launches including the S550 Mustang, Ford GT and the soon-to-launch Ford Bronco, and he sat down recently to discuss the future of Mustang and how Ford will keep performance vehicles alive in the future.
Speaking to Roadshow at the Chicago Auto Show, Pericak acknowledged that regulations in the U.S. and abroad have created unique challenges for Ford performance vehicles including the Mustang, and he discusses the shifting strategy that Ford will have to take to ensure these vehicles can still be built.
