The annual Woodward Dream Cruise draws more than 1 million visitors each year and Mustang Alley will once again be the center of attraction for Ford fans as over 700 Ford Mustangs are expected to flood East Nine Mile Road in Ferndale, Michigan.
This year, a very special event has been planned for Mustang6G members who will be attending the weekend long festivities.
John Clor, Ford Performance Enthusiast Outreach Manager and author of the book “Mustang 2015: The New Generation” will be hosting an event for Mustang6G members and guests who are S550 Mustang enthusiasts.
John will be sharing his story about involvement in the S550 Mustang development process as detailed in his book which provides readers with a completely unrestricted view of the design and production process, including access to Ford’s own imagery not available anywhere else. Copies of his book will be available for sale and signing at the event.
Also in attendance will be Ford employees who worked on various aspects of the S550 Mustang program to share stories and answer questions.
This very cool opportunity to learn all about the S550 behind-the-scenes development process will take place on Saturday night, August 20, 2016 (time TBD).
