Happy 50th Birthday Mustang!
Today, Ford held an event at the site of the original Mustang introduction at the 1964 World’s Fair grounds located at the Unisphere in Flushing Meadows Park in Queens, NY. Hosting the event were Ford executives, Raj Nair (group vice president, Global Product Development), Moray Callum (vice president, Design) and Elena Ford (vice president, Global Dealer and Consumer Experience).
There were also hundreds of Mustang club members with over 75 classic Mustangs in attendance to help commemorate the 50th anniversary and compete for best-in-show honors.
