Ford has finally taken the covers off the 2019 Bullitt Mustang, ending months of rumors and leaks that created a lot of hype for the next Bullitt while building anticipation and excitement among Mustang enthusiasts!

The 2019 Bullitt Mustang was just introduced at the Detroit Auto Show by Molly McQueen, none other than the late Steve McQueen’s granddaughter.

The third generation Bullitt Mustang will come available in the classic Dark Highland Green paint which will be exclusive to this vehicle and features iconic cues spied previously including a rear circular faux gas cap with the cross-hairs Bullitt logo, a de-badged and stealthy look with blacked out grille, 19-inch Torq Thrust style black aluminum wheels with brushed lip and red brake calipers, subtle chrome accents.

Custom details on the inside include a white cue ball shifter, leather trimmed seats with Dark Highland Green stitching throughout and a 12-inch all-digital LCD instrument cluster.

All 2019 Bullitt Mustangs will come with the 6-speed manual transmission, a slight power increase over the 2018 Mustang GT — at least 475 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of troque with a top speed of 163 mph (8mph increase over the 2018 Mustang GT), and a signature exhaust note.

Ford has yet to announce pricing for the next Bullitt Mustang which goes on sale this summer.
