RHD 2018 Mustang GT Spied

By now we’re all accustomed to seeing Ford Mustang mules and prototypes out testing on public roads and even showing up at the occasional drive-thru or parking lot, but rarely do we see a right-hand drive prototype hanging out in a college parking lot of all places.

That is exactly what M6G member Karl (K-Roll302) spotted — a fully camouflaged 2018 Mustang GT with the steering wheel on the right side. And although it’s no surprise that Ford will continue offering a right hand drive 2018 Mustang in markets such as Australia and the United Kingdom, many were hoping Ford would do away with the clear tail lights, a rather polarizing feature of the 2015-17 Mustangs sold in those regions.

No dice however, as indicated by the exposed clear tail lights spotted on the 2018 test vehicle. Other than that, it appears to be your run of the mill RHD prototype with a vague hint of (possibly) a different spoiler than we have seen for the 2018 Mustang.
