BMR Suspension Has Solid Showing at 2016 Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational

Every November, the best-of-the-best in the street performance world converge on the Nevada dessert to see who has what it takes to be crowned street car king. The event—Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational (OUSCI)—attracts the cream of the crop in the classic and late model domestic, and import world, bringing everyone together at the same event.

In the 2016 OUSCI last month, four BMR Suspension-equipped S550 Ford Mustangs competed in the event— Aaron Sockwell from DuSold Designs, Jay Payson from HP Tuners, Cliff Elliott’s “Code Blu” and Jeremiah Stotler from Ridetech.

Each of these competitors use BMR Suspension sway bars and suspension components to improve the independent rear suspension in their S550 Mustangs.

Racers competed in five events (Road Rally, Design and Engineering, Autocross, Speed Stop, and Hot Laps), amassing points that add up to determine the victor. Of the 86 cars that competed in the event, BMR-equipped S550s finished solidly in the middle of the pack.
