By subscribing to a Mustang6g.com (M6G) sponsorship plan, you agree that we are merely providing you with a vendor account with permission to advertise and discuss your company, products and/or services on M6G. We are not responsible for and you will not hold us liable for any activity, transaction or dispute that results from your participation on M6G, including but not limited to, any disputes with any users or other vendors on M6G, or any claims resulting from any posts made on M6G.

Your M6G subscription will renew every month or every year depending on whether your chosen plan is a monthly or annual plan. The payment method you selected will be automatically billed on the renewal date without prior notice. The subscription can be cancelled at any time. It is your responsibility to contact PayPal or M6G if you wish to cancel your subscription. We do not offer any refunds on already paid sponsorship payments.

Upon cancellation (at your request or M6G’s discretion) of your sponsorship subscription plan, your M6G account, threads, posts, Sponsor Page listing, dedicated sponsor subforum, banners and any and all content associated with your account will be deactivated, locked or removed/deleted at the discretion of M6G without prior notice. You understand that you do not own any of the content posted on M6G and it is not our responsibility, nor will we be held liable for the removal of any content, private messages or ongoing transactions affected by the termination of your M6G account and its contents.
