VMS Beadlocks

Anyone have VMS beadlocks and the ring bolts were too short to mount MT ET Street R bias ply 28x11.5x17? Or am I doing something wrong?

How long are your bolts? I just put new tires on my Forgestar D5 beadlocks a week ago. When you tighten the bolts down in a star pattern, the beadlock ring will compress against the outer bead on the tire. I torqued mine in three stages (10 ft-lbs, 15 ft-lbs and finally, 18 ft-lbs). It’s a slow process, but it’s very important to pull the ring down evenly.
