I recently upgraded the Sync 3 in my 19 350 to 3.4. All went well and everything seemed to be fine. After a few days I plugged my iPod in and listened to music as always.
Here is the problem. I wanted to select a new album. In the past, I would go back a screen, select browse, and could then scroll through my library. Now, I get the screen of death, "some features are not available while driving."
No idea if anyone else has encountered this, or has any fix.
Thanks, Fred
Edit: Found out this is not S550 specific. I updated my 17 Fusion Sport, and now it is doing the same thing. It doesn't even turn off the iPod when the car is turned off (which 3.0 did). So it appears that this is a 3.4 issue not controlled by the settings menu.
