I'm guessing this question goes to those in the Ecoboost community. Since the Eco is lighter up front than the 8 cylinder folk, which lowering spring set has given the best front end drop to help compensate for the slightly lifted look?

Right now, I'm considering either Steeda or Ford Performance. Either a flat or slight rake forward is fine, but definitely not wanting anything that looks like its squatting.

I do plan a wheel and tire change, leaning 19 X 10 with 285/35, which won't help in the gap.

This car is mainly a weekend warrior as well as a couple trips to work during the week. No track use, but definitely some spirited driving.

I appreciate any and all advice.

My car squats front at a slight rake. 1.74” drop front and back just about. Love the look on 19x11s (LMR SVE GT7s with Michelin 4PS 295/35/ZR19 SQUARE). Steeda Non-Adjust Shocks/Struts, Steeda Sport Progressive Lowering Springs, cut jounce bumpers, camber plates (track camber setup: -2.9 front -1.9 back, 0 toe).
a little low in the front but overall decent. Will keep until I upgrade to indepedent gas chamber suspension.

Note: I am a V6. From factory 30lbs lighter than base ecoboost. My car currently sits somewhere below 3500lbs with little fuel and no driver.

Really liking the color combination.

Looking at what you got happening there, gives me a good visual of where I would like to be. I was originally thinking 1", but I know that still leaves a little bit of gap. Looking at yours, gets me thinking otherwise. That is why I will be doing wheels and tires first, then dial in the drop after.

Curious as to how is rides going down the road?

Thank you, I do too ;)

I daily drive this car. Need I say more? Progressives are godly, linear for track only.

Yeah, progressives are definitely the direction I'm going. So many options out there to choose from keep me guessing a bit. I figure start with one thing and see where it leads.

I’m running the ford performance lowering springs. Originally had them on 285/35/19 squared setup. I am currently on 275/35/19 square setup. I myself couldn’t think of going lower for a daily driver, it will scrape over speed bumps and driveways if not careful.

Interesting, I have yet to scrape anywhere, and I have a steep sidewalk gutter style driveway.

What made you decide to change from 285 to 275?

Is that the SVE SP2 wheel? It's one that I'm considering with the 285 option.

Mainly it was the price. I got a good deal on some Firestone Indy 500 tires at 275/35/19. And in comparison to 285/35/19 there really isn’t a noticeable difference.
And yes they are SVE PP2 wheels.

I have a Roush front splitter so it extends a bit further out than the factory front splitter. So if not careful it can scrape on steeper driveways. Speed bumps I have scraped on a few mainly because they were a bit bigger and not paying attention 🫤

H&R Coilovers on my 2017 daily. I had Steeda jacking rails installed at the same time, as I was concerned about getting to the jack points but they are serving as a 'early warning' sensors for 'traffic calming' & steep driveways.

Lowered with Eibach Pro-kit springs, which don't go as low as you want. Here with 285/35-19 summer tires:

And here with 275/35-19 winter tires.
