Identifying part

I'm trying to identify a certain retaining screw/bolt that helps secure the rear bumper cover underneath the car. It is #12 in the attached diagram. It secures the bumper cover to part #11. I've checked several websites and no seems to list the part anymore. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Just a trim clip like mentioned above. The dealership usually just orders a variety pack and chooses one that will fit, they don't really specifically order them from ford.

Autozone has a small selection and you will probably be able to find one that looks similar.
