FWIW he said a month ago I could replace my soon to expire 8 year extended warranty on my 2016 with a longer one. He did say or imply that had to happen before the old one expired.

Cashed in all my FordPass Rewards to save an additional $210. I hope never to have to use it, but all the goodies on this car are going to be real expensive to fix down the road and now I have total peace of mind for the next eight years.
