I am relatively mechanically inclined - and overall this install has gone smooth. This belt install has me ready to rip my hair out though…
The adjustable idler tension pulley has the T nut in the position to keep it as low as it can be. Someone prying up on the spring loaded tensioner while trying to slide over the smooth pulley. Seem to come up a half inch or so short every time!
What am I missing?? There must be some secret.
Appreciate any help or advice. I confirmed the belt is correct (K060824)
