I agree. It’s just different calculus for some. Sadly I don’t have that kind of fk off money, but you have to agree Fathouse does amazing work. I could watch those dyno pull videos on a continuous loop for days.

This has me wondering though, and maybe I just skipped past it, but what kind of crank snout reinforcement do they use?

Great build, but it’s out of reach for too many. Also, I’m not sure why people modifying limited Mustangs (future classics). Why not do all this on GT models.

It’s not meant for every one. It’s not like Fathouse can crank out an unlimited amount. I can’t speak for others, but when I did mine(similar build) I wanted to keep the manual(tremec) but wanted more power. Wasn’t interested in building a drag car, a Gt is not a 350. I’m at a mile of elevation so on a naturally aspirated motor we lose 25%. The 350’s are amazing by themselves as well.

They will gladly build you an S550 Mustang GT build if you'd like, and the GT350's aren't really that limited. For many the reason is that the GT350 provides a much more capable platform from a suspension and braking capability than a base GT would and the fewer parts you have to modify the less "compromised" and potentially "cobbled together" the final result will feel.

As to the costs of the build, there is a large enough number of owners who are looking for a one stop solution to build the car they want. Fathouse offers the ability to write a single check, ship the car to one shop, and get a completed build said and done with a warranty and top notch fabrication. That kind of capability costs more than the sum of it's parts alone.

Clean & neat. do you guys by any chance have more pictures of the s550 race catch can? you would think for $700+ (including shipping) oil catch can would have more than 2 pictures
& that -6AN cap .. not sure what's that for

Careful, I do not think it fits with stock airbox. It is designed to go with their (or any bottom mounted) twin turbo kit.
