These... actually sound possible. That's 25lbs for the V6 and 100lbs for the GT.

I would find it strange, however, that the V6 pretty much stayed the same but the GT gained 100lbs. I would imagine it'd be due to bigger wheels/rubber/brakes

Ecoboost auto is 5 lbs LESS than manual, but GT auto is 23 lbs MORE than manual? Are they not using the same transmissions between all models?

aren't they using some different drivetrain components on the auto and manual GT? like aluminum housing on the manual but steel on the auto?

Shady numbers! Ecoboost fastback manual is heavier than EB fastback auto but EB convertible manual is lighter than EB convertible auto. Right!

Weight difference between manual & auto is not consistent in Fasbacks and convertibles.

SO an ecoboost Auto/Vert weighs more than a v6 Auto/Vert?

Is this just a troll attempt?

3500 pounds with a 4 cyl. engine? Looks like I may not be an getting an Ecoboost afterall. I was looking for 3300 pounds or better.

It's a "relatively" large 4 cyl at 2.3l, plus it has a turbo, intercooler, associated plumbing, direct injection, etc. It should be assumed that the 4 banger will weigh in about the same as the naturally aspirated 6.

OK, so it looks like the weight gain was minimal. Yay!
