So it looks like there are 5 new wheel options:

1. 19" Polished Aluminum Wheel
18MST_wheels_03_large.jpg
- Notice the picture shows the rear and you can clearly see 255 rear width. So these will basic (square) wheel package.

2. 19" Ebony Black Painted Aluminum Wheel
18MST_wheels_02_large.jpg

I'm just going to guess this is another basic (square) 255 width wheel package.

3. 19" Ebony Black Painted Aluminum Wheel (I'm going to call this an RS wheel)
18MST_wheels_04_large.jpg

This one I'm not sure about. It looks like a lightweight tire that should be possibly staggered ? . But can someone find the answer on this one & we'll update it.

4. 20" Polished Aluminum Wheels
18MST_Gallery_14_1250.jpg

These are more for looks and 265 square, like the current upgraded 20's.

5. 19" Luster Nickel-Painted Forged Aluminum Wheel
18MST_wheels_01_large.jpg

These seems to be the new "Peformance Pack" or maybe Performance Pack 2 wheels. Forged means they should be lighter than the current PP wheels. They look a lot lighter, and have Michelin Pilot Sports. And they are definitely staggered 255 front, 275 rear.

All of the wheels are pictured and discussed in the 18 thread.

http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1752641&postcount=1875

My guesses:
20" - huge truck wheel, 19" (only forged option)
19" (guess: PP option or PP2 standard), 19" (PP standard)
18" (same as previous 051A wheel for V6/ base wheel for GT, and optional for EB/GT Premium), 18" (new standard premium wheel)
19" (guess: EB premium option), 19" (guess: black package)
19" (guess: wheel&stripe package equivalent) , 19" (guess: cross-model optional wheel not available on PP or black out package)
19" (guess: cross-model optional wheel not available on PP or black out package) , 17" - base EB wheel

Yes, but its going to be 100+ pages of stuff to go through. This is focused on detailed specs and hopefully weights of the wheels when released.

I want to know detailed specs of the new PP / staggered wheel options, to see if they finally have something that doesn't need to be pitched as soon as you get the car b/c they're almost 70 lbs per wheel!

I'm thinking it's something like this (just guessing)

20" 265 wide front & rear

Forged 19" - staggered 255 front, 275 rear

PP2 19" with MR - POSSIBLY wider than other PP wheels.

PP1 - 19" staggered 255 frt / 275 rear

18" off previous 51A (Cali special look) square

GT 18" premium square

EB 19"

Black package 19"

19" optional

17-18" for fleet?

If you go to a car show, please take a close up picture of front & rear tires.

I'm thinking the Michelin Sports might only come on the PP2 / forged wheels from what I've seen.

This may be a re-post but it's nice to see the pictures all together....and a thread just on the wheel options is worth something.

I'm torn because I don't love the 5-spoke forged wheels...but those are apparently the lightest/most high performance option.

Guys,
Not to distract from a discussion on 2018 wheels...but does anyone know how the offsets on S550 wheels compare to S197 wheels? Do they accept similar offset ranges?

Basically, I'm wondering if my charcoal 19x9.5 RTR wheels might look ok on a 2018. I think the style would work fine on the new body but the offset is slightly more negative than stock which pushes them out to be flush with the fenders...I'm curious if this would be a problem on an S550...opinions would be welcome.

Also, are the old style TPMS compatible with current cars? This would be a nice bonus. :D

This is helpful.

More details on this wheel. They look amazing! Anyone know if these are staggered and what does "with MR" mean? Are these confirmed to be the PP2 wheels?

Hmm, where have I seen this design before...

Not exact, but funny how close it is considering a 16 year gap.

I'm real interested in those solid 5 spoke 19's, I'll have to see how I feel about them in person.

We explain to Ford that wheels need to be wider, I have the premium GT in 18x8" but want wider to fit a 285. At least I see more choices.

#2 and #3 are my choices....
with orange fury and PP either or both options....if i could afford the 18 i would have to get the orange fury to stick with the "orange" theme....

I was quoting Spartan. MR = MagneRide.

I believe those are one of the 3 options for Performance Pack staggered wheels.

Rumor is the old (heavy) PP wheels will be the "PP1" wheel.
Then the PP2 with MagneRide will get the lighter wheels, which are required to actually feel the improved ride that MR provides.
B/c if you kept the 4 heavy PP1 anchors, you wouldn't feel the responsiveness of the MR as well.

Then either PP wheel can be upgraded to the Forged wheel for even more Ford profit.
