Our photographers caught a prototype of the next-generation 2015 GT350 Mustang running the streets of Dearborn with much less camouflage. The sunset light penetrates the front camouflage and shows the slit for the hood-mounted air-scoop. The front fender shows an air-permeable mesh panel to allow for the functional vent aft of the front wheel and the quad exhaust is clearly seen without any camouflage.

The prototype is running on 295/35/R19s.

*There are some sources that say the GT350 will debut in April at the NYIAS (still unconfirmed).

Sweet. Going to be such a hard call to wait for GT350 or just get a 2015 GT.

Old beat up and thankfully running strong
Looking good! I wonder if ford will make the body any wider than regular GT?

I have a feeling the front will set this car apart from the other mustangs since that's the only part they have covered up while driving in public... :)

Now that's just nasty ! Looks like no mesh grill like the 13/14 500 too.

Look past the camo on the upper grille. Is it just me, or is the upper grille just a big rectangle? If so, it doesn't look as good as the base/GT.

I agree and I bet the rear will be different as well. Notice how the rear diffuser doesn't mesh properly with the quad exhausts tips. It comes to a an abrupt end as if they just cut out the diffuser to make room while testing. That should guarantee a more aggressive rear bumper!

I see the wheels are covered too. A surprise in the brake department too I'm guessing.

While I don't know about the entire Rear Bumper being different, I do Expect a Completely Different Diffuser designed to be More Aggressive and to Accommodate the Quad Exhaust. I also expect a Completely Different Front Clip. Front Fenders with Heat Extractors, a Different Hood with Either a Scoop or Different Heat Extractor that the 2 small ones on the GT, as well as a Different Grill and Front Bumper Design.

I tweeted Brian Williams to thank him for these shots, he says the car is awfully loud which i say is a good thing!
