2015 Mustang mule shows new exhaust resonator design?

Anyone notice the boxy like structure at the front of the exhaust system on the prototype? Did some digging around and someone suggested that it might be a more complex resonator (substitute for the H-pipe).

That is interesting, its no long the H-Pipe or X-Pipe, I wonder if they just combat back pressure at the headers instead. Anyone know anything about this?

Someone needs to get a video clip of the test mule to see how the new exhaust system will sound!

Funny that the spy photographers have spotted the car more than once now but no one has thought to make a video
