2015 Mustang mule shows new exhaust resonator design?
Anyone notice the boxy like structure at the front of the exhaust system on the prototype? Did some digging around and someone suggested that it might be a more complex resonator (substitute for the H-pipe).
From a recent Ford patent, here is a "Resonator for dual-flow exhaust system" design. Underbody shot showing new patented resonator design (?) from the test prototype. |

That is interesting, its no long the H-Pipe or X-Pipe, I wonder if they just combat back pressure at the headers instead. Anyone know anything about this?
