Which balancer did you get, the 20%? Each .125 change in pulley size is about 1psi. I run the 3.625 for my 93 tune and it is 12psi. I use the 3.5 on my race tune and it makes 13psi. I have confirmed this with my data logs. It looks like the smallest pulley that whipple makes is a 2.75.

Can you guys share which pulley you're using, type of fuel, and horsepower numbers?

I'm trying to ensure I order the right pullies for my new system.
Almost dead on as from sonic.....@737 with 3.625 on 93

"Stage 2" kit, 3.625" pulley, 93 octane = 765rwhp and 562wtq, manual car

I have Kooks long tubes with high flow "green cats" and Borla Touring exhaust

Those are impressive numbers!

Which pulley does the stage 2 kit come with? How easy are pulley and octane swaps? Does the flare tool recognize pulley and octane changes?

The kits come with 3.75" pulley, but you can request any size, however whipple does not recommend smaller than 3.625" pulley without race gas. Yes the whipple cal features will adjust to octane and pulley/psi changes.

I believe he is right about 3.75" being the standard pulley because 3.625" requires at lease 93 octane to use safely and not everyone has this readily available. If you do you just request the 3.625 from the get go.

True you need minimum of 93 octane to run the 3.625" pulley unless you turn on octane adjust. Octane adjust will further reduce timing by as much as 3 degrees so you could run the 3.625" with octane adjust on however you will not see the real power potential without 93 octane and octane adjust feature turned off.

Low initial numbers?

733 - 737 on 93 w 3.625"?
RWHP?
What other mods?
Manual or Auto?

Initial dyno after install was 652 RWHP w 3.625", large TB, 93, 72#, stock crank pulley, IC pump upgrade, stock exhaust, Auto, Advanced trac off, 4th gear, did not pull abs fuse or disconnect front wheel speed sensor, 7500rpm, 80F ambient, 600ft elevation.

That's a long way off from 730 RWHP...
Chime in if this sounds too low.

Dynoes are all different and it is really not accurate to compare. Get some trap speeds, that is more accurate.
