Installed this bad boy a few days ago and dropped it off for paint on Friday. Should get it back on Monday. Thing fits real nice, gapping is perfect, and I love the look. Hit them up at www.rksport.com if you're interested!

I will definitely post more pics when I get her back on Monday.

I might need this in my life. I like the treatment of the heat extractors on these better than on the TruFiber. I'm eager to see the finished product.

i wanted this hood pretty damn bad, but going for the whole RS2 conversion would have broken the exterior plan to be one brand/cohesive.

It looks awesome and I can't wait to see it finished!

Damn, that looks goooood!

I'd opt to have that grille on the air scoops sprayed matte black, I'd prefer not to have that silver mesh.

That is sharp man, how much prep work was needed on the hood prior to paint?

I think that's the best a/m hood I've seen yet. The Cervini's one looks too angular for the design of the car. Yours looks perfect.

My family owns a body shop, I'm curious if you know if they blended your fenders and bumper into the hood? Otherwise the color will not be a perfect match. There's so many color variations that it's never a perfect match unless you blend it into the adjacent panels. It might look close but never perfect. Sometimes if you take a black and white pic of the paint job afterwards when a panel has been panel painted you can really see the mismatch. Or it can also be noticed in sun light, fluorescent or incandesce lighting. Just depends on the variant. When you blend it into the adjacent panels it eliminates the color mismatch. Every car with urethane bumpers or body panels also has a mismatch from factory.

Awesome man! Looking forward to seeing it finished. With the Roush scoop issue, I've been looking at hoods the past couple weeks and actually like this one the best.
