That's awful big for a 9.5" wheel. Most installers won't go higher than 285 (295 if your can find them w/out breaking the bank) on a 9.5"rim, let alone 315.American Muscle quoted that 315's are the biggest that will fit.
Sorry, read the post too quick. 315's will need a larger wheel/rim. You're right, 285/295 on a 9.5 rim. That's awful big for a 9.5" wheel. Most installers won't go higher than 285 (295 if your can find them w/out breaking the bank) on a 9.5"rim, let alone 315.

I was thinking a staggered set up also: 255 Front & 285 Rear.I was thinking 285 in the rear and 265 in the front.
Those are 18", not 19".Here's some 295/35-18 Bridgestone Potenza's for $211:

Ooops, sorry...I was thinking about my 18's. Here's a 19", couple bucks more...still not bad:Those are 18", not 19".
Now you're down to a 30 profile, nearly 1" less sidewall than the 275 oem. . Trust me, I've looked and there are very few 295/35/19 tires out there. For the 9.5" 285 is probably the widest/most affordable if 275 just isn't enough.Ooops, sorry...I was thinking about my 18's. Here's a 19", couple bucks more...still not bad:

Yeah, that's why when the time comes...I'm going to stay with an 18" rim but just wider & run a 285 wide tire. That way I'll still have decent sidewall to absorb bumps on crappy roads and the roads here in LA are crappy. I had 20" rims on my 05 GT & a 2" lowering kit...man that thing rode rough & harsh. It looked great but the ride was horrible! Now you're down to a 30 profile, nearly 1" less sidewall than the 275 oem. . Trust me, I've looked and there are very few 295/35/19 tires out there. Which tires would you recommend? I have always run MPSS.If you are looking to run the stock 19" PP wheels I would recommend the following
255/40/19 & 285/35/19
This wont buldge alot or defer performance, you have plenty of contact patch with these tires on the PP wheels.
You actually have a number of options, but ill give you my personal choicesWhich tires would you recommend? I have always run MPSS.
