So I've just stumbled upon this website used to hold the marketing information for all of ford Europe's new models.

Wow! Thanks! If this is accurate, there are some heavy bummers and some great stuff in this.

Negative:

418 PS (410 hp) seems to be the right :thumbdown: (but that´s ok-> Just tune it)

Gear Ratio 3.55:1 :thumbdown::thumbdown:

Oil, 5W20??? They can´t be serious! In Germany when going 200-250 kph for extended periods of time? I was sure Ford would use 5W50, like the 2014 Mustang Track Pack. Sorry, but you cannot use this oil on the Autobahn! :crazy:

You can only have reverse parking sensors in a package that includes practically everthing. The gauges too, are in this package and are not standard! :tsk:

Positive:

Standard interior equipment: Leather seats. That seems to mean, there is no Base GT. Only Premium Gt to begin with and with a leaked price of 39000 € that´s very competitive!

Shaker audio system and navigation are bundled, so you can have the shaker without this 401A package

Black Wheels can be changed ! God I hate black wheels!

BTW: We don´t seem to get any of the assistant systems. But we have standard rain sensing wipers? US model, too?

FelixGER, Where did you hear that starting price of a GT is just € 39,000?? PLease, tell us anything! If that's true, I am going to te dealer tomorrow (No!I mean, this afternoon!!)

I dont think the documents are up to date. The models in Paris cleary had the ACC bottm-grille, it would be really stupid to not offer then in europe. Also a such a big car (for european standards) and no parking sensors included seems odd

5W20 oil for the mustang seems like sucide for the engine in germany

Remember that they still havent finalized the eu mustang, like they changed the rearlights for paris from 2 bars to 3 bars as drl.

Personally I'm not bummed by the absense of any of those ;)

Not offering adapative cruise would be a major mistake though. Interesting aspect is that the rain sensor is mentioned as standard issue, whereas in the US that only comes combined with the adaptive cruise option.

Yeah I wouldn't run down to you're dealer and start asking why can't you order

these are as mentioned 'preliminary specs' not final in any way, but it is nice to see ford making some progress

Curb weight is 3639lbs... Seems the US model did take on some additional weight in options.
