Youtube links

Anyone else have trouble posting the links to youtube videos ? when I copy the link all I get is a black blank box like this below, what am I doing wrong help please

Not sure what you see, but the video loaded fine for me. I know from another thread that you have to use the full video link though, not a shortened version.

You can't post the link from your phone.

Change the link above from youtu.be to www.youtube.com
The second step is adding a line of code. Add watch?v= right before the video code.
In this example, the whole thing should read "" I put it in quotation marks so it wouldn't embed into the video below. Take out the quotations and the video works.


Video will display as [ame]

Make sure you don't have some sort of plugin on your browser that is interfering with it.
