Chances dealership flashed ECU with service?

What if you have the Ngauge? Just ordered mine and guessing to reflash it they would have to unplug the Ngauge first... Asking because I was going to get the Steeda cover but realized it wouldn't do any good if my ngauge is always plugged up to it... Guessing some blue tape and DO NOT TOUCH would work lol
This is exactly what happened to me. I had the nGauge installed and plugged in. It was unplugged, when they told me that they only plugged in their tuner to read the codes. Which was BS.

Luckily with the nGauge the tune was loaded, so I simply reloaded the tune. Then I ripped them a new one.

The dealer will almost always update the computer every time its in for any service so any time you take your car in for anything its always best to return it to stock, which when you have tune only CAI's etc like I have its a pain and/or just avoid the dealer which I have so far..
