Here are some pics of a set of gt350 heads
We're going to rework these heads by hand
We should have some good data for those that interested in before and after numbers

Valves look good and the ports are visibly larger than a coyote head

More to come!!!

Well. It's Super Bowl Sunday. But that ain't stopping us from banging out a set of voodoos

We've don't some work on them and have hit the bench again. Hitting an awesome 272 cfm on the exhaust side. Could be that this exhaust port is .200 wider and .100 taller than a standard coyote head. Our slight reworking and massaging of the port netted us 20cfm almost across the board

The intake rework has only netted us 1-2 cfm peak numbers but also picked up low and mid lift numbers

Have fun watching today's game. We will Finnish up on these over the next couple of days. With pictures to follow

Those are amazing numbers especially for an exhaust port. Perfect for a forced induction application. I'll be building a Whippled voodoo this year. Looks like there's some healthy gains to be had from porting.

Yes
Porting almost always works
This is one stout exhaust port
Now if we can get this intake runner to fire off.

Any word on how well these will play with a 5.0 block? I'd be concerned with valve shrouding reducing the effectiveness. It seems to me the heads wouldn't reach their full potential without going to a larger bore.

Well
The bore size were using is 3.650
Which is right about what a coyote bore is. I still need to obtain a head gasket for a gt350
To recheck these numbers again

How these will work on a coyote?
At this point I'm feeling a ported coyote is the better route
My opinion and all but this would be based on several factors including cost
Added exspensive item such as exhaust headers since the ports larger
And knowing I have already obtained over 350 cfm peak from one

This in my opinion is a killer set of heads no doubt and yes I feel they need a larger bore to really shine
