Shelby GT-H spotting (Hertz)

Saw this one at Hertz corporate office in Fort Myers, FL.

New Orleans Saints stang!

In miami its about 190-230 a day

I wish they had one around here. I'd like to drive one back to back to compare with my car to see how the Ford Track Suspension package handles compared to just the PP.

I wonder if they have the same recall for the oil cooler hose as the GT350?

No... they won't.

This is just a GT with some upgrades. No at all related to GT350.

I saw one just briefly while on the way into work. South Denton, TX area. Looked nice! The gold stripes definitely stand out.

I saw one last weekend at the beach here in Santa Barbara with a couple of tourists getting stuff out of the trunk. It looked great but was really dirty.

See them all the time out here but that's because they're built down the street from me at Shelby American. They are pretty slick. Almost tempted to do a GTE build that's the same process as the H's.

I got both my cars put up for the winter. I just reserved flights to Florida first week of new year, went a head and used some points and reserved a Hertz GT-H while I was at it. Hope they don't gage the tire wear??!!

Wow, 230 is a true bargain, hell, 330 is a bargain. I am too ashamed to tell you how much I am paying for one lousy day next week in Charlotte NC :headbonk:

What mods have been done to these cars for Hertz? Looks like PP wheels and of course the hood and stripes. What else makes them different?

I saw 2 different ones parked near me on the infield this past Sunday at the Ferrari Finali Mondiali at Daytona. Didn't even take a second look at either of them because they barely stood out amongst the hundreds of Ferrari's and other exotics haha.

Interesting. All of the pics on this thread, and in the article you linked, appear to show it with the standard black PP wheels. However, at the very bottom of the linked article, there is a pic that appears to show it with the 20" Foundry wheels...in black. I have the 20" Foundry wheels and have really been toying with the idea of somehow painting/dipping them black. I want those wheels!
